Roberto E. Enriquez Jr. also known as Robert Enriquez was born in at Meycauayan, Bulacan. He Graduated in UP Diliman in . He is an Antiquarian and a Numismatist. He was the former president of Philippine Numismatic and Antiquarian Society (PNAS) in . He is the author of the PNAS Monograph No. 26 "The Evolution of Symbols in Philippine Coins" that was published on . He received the Gilbert Perez Award in Numismatic Literature in . He is the designer of the PNAS Medal commemorating the 100th year of the Philippine Revolution -. He was also the Founding Chairman of the UP Numismatic Society (UP Diliman).

He lectured in some seminars/ webinars regarding Numismatics, Anting- Anting, Symbolism, Philippine Antiques and Heirlooms and Artifacts in relation to Philippine Culture.
